Who we are.

rime.sa is run by Company RAEM for Artificial Intelligence (Simplified Joint Stock Company), registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our commercial registration, VAT number, and national address sit in the footer of every page and on the Compliance page — no digging required.

RIME works with the cameras you already run, so you can see, hear, and act on your branches from wherever you are.

What these terms cover.

These terms apply whenever you use rime.sa or buy through it, and they read together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A signed agreement, proposal, or order form with RIME comes first: wherever the two differ, the signed document wins.

What you're buying.

RIME is an annual subscription plus a one-time setup fee, priced as published on the Pricing page and confirmed in your quotation. The RIME Brain compute units that power it — and any other hardware we supply — are rented as part of that subscription. They remain RIME's property and are never sold.

Every price is in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and excludes VAT, which is added on the invoice as the regulations require.

Orders and payment.

You can pay online with mada, Visa, or Mastercard, processed by a licensed payment gateway. Your full card details never reach RIME — they stay with the payment provider, under its own security certifications.

Your order stands confirmed once the payment is authorized and our confirmation reaches you. Every completed purchase gets a tax invoice, issued to the e-invoicing requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).

What we ask of you.

Keep your account, billing, and contact details accurate, and keep your login credentials to yourself.

You run RIME inside your own premises, so the rules that apply there are yours to meet — including camera-use and data-protection requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Intellectual property.

The RIME platform, its software, its brand, and this site's content belong to RIME or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your own operations — not to resell it, copy it, or take it apart.

Warranties and liability.

We deliver the services as described on this site and in your order. To the extent the law allows, RIME is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid for the affected service in the twelve months before the claim.

Cancellation and refunds.

Cancelling and getting refunded follow one document: the Refund & Cancellation Policy on this site. The short version — approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, and RIME hardware ships back to us before any refund moves.

Governing law.

These terms follow the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A dispute we cannot settle amicably goes to the competent courts and committees in Riyadh.

When these terms change.

We update these terms when something real changes, and the date at the top tells you when that last happened. Using the site or services after an update means you accept the current version.
