Technology

Eyes that think. Commands that live.

Most camera software draws boxes around what moves. RIME understands what it sees, reasons about it, remembers it and acts when you ask. Five technologies make that possible.

01

Thinking Eyes

Cameras that understand the scene.

From the moment a camera connects, Thinking Eyes studies its view and describes it in words: a cashier counter, a cold room, a forecourt. When you ask about something, it reads the scene the way a person would: what is happening, not only whether something moved.

“Show me every cashier camera.” They appear.

02

Reasoning Core

Thinks before it tells you.

Reasoning Core weighs what the cameras see against the rest of your business: sales from your point of sale, the staff rota, sensor readings, even traffic and prayer times. It works out what matters and why, then tells you plainly.

Staffing below the rota at a busy hour is flagged, with the reason.

03

Branch Memory

Remembers every shift.

Events, scene descriptions, tasks and conversations are kept as Branch Memory and searchable by meaning. When you ask about the past, the answer comes from your own branch's record, with the clip attached.

“What happened at closing last Thursday?”

04

Living Commands

Say it once. It keeps running.

Living Commands turns a sentence into work that runs on its own: a rule, a scheduled visual check, a field task pinned to the camera timeline, or an instruction to a connected device such as the AC or the signage.

“Every half hour, check the shelves are tidy and tell me if they aren't.”

05

Second Look

Checks twice before it alerts.

When RIME Brain spots something on site, Second Look can send that moment to a larger model for a deeper check before it reaches your phone. Fewer false alarms, more alerts worth acting on, and you decide when it runs.

A suspected glove breach is re-checked before it becomes a ticket.

Where it runs

On site first, in the Kingdom always.

RIME Brain

A RIME-owned compute unit in your branch runs RIME Vision Models next to your cameras. It follows people and vehicles across cameras and over time, and keeps working when the internet drops.

RIME Cloud

Larger models for Thinking Eyes, Reasoning Core and Second Look run on RIME Cloud, hosted inside Saudi Arabia. Cloud AI use is metered, so you always see what you use.

Your own models

Your technical team can teach RIME something new: train a model on your own footage only, inside the platform, and deploy it to your branches.

Open to your team

Connect RIME to your own tools.

With a Pro User seat, your team gets APIs and an MCP server for your account, so RIME can feed your systems and your own AI assistants.
