Why we built this
Most operations teams are stuck with the wrong tools. Cameras record everything. Reports explain too little. Managers end up chasing anecdotes. RIME exists to close that gap.
Cameras were already there
The infrastructure was sitting on ceilings and walls the whole time. Most companies paid for visibility and then used almost none of it.
Manual follow-up does not scale
A few branches can run on heroics. Fifty branches cannot. Once the network grows, inconsistent execution becomes a tax on the whole business.
Operations deserve facts
People on the ground should not have to argue about what happened. They should start from evidence and spend their time fixing the problem.
