We close the distance.

We started RIME because leadership and the frontline had drifted apart. Owners and operators were running branches on delayed reports and secondhand accounts, making decisions about places they couldn't see. We believe you should be able to see, hear, and act on every branch, as if you were standing in it.

Why we built RIME.

Cameras were already on the ceilings. Reports still arrived too late. Managers still chased anecdotes. RIME exists to turn distance into presence, and presence into control.

Presence beats reporting

A report tells you what went wrong yesterday. Presence lets you fix it today. We built RIME to put you inside the branch, not behind a dashboard.

Retail floors, restaurant counters, fuel forecourts. Real places, real constraints. Every member of the RIME team is based in Saudi Arabia.

Localization

Saudi, on purpose.

Localization isn't a market-entry plan for us. It's who we are. We build RIME for Saudi branches with people who know their rhythm firsthand: the rush after Isha, the long nights of Ramadan, summer heat on a fuel-station forecourt. That's why all 39 of us work from the Kingdom, and why we have never hired outside it.
